Deep Dive Review (Most Common)
For later phase construction documents (CD / IFC) or potentially risky projects. Our review includes interdisciplinary checks, coordination reviews, constructability checks, and design/peer reviews

This review is designed for the more developed phases of construction planning, especially the (CD) phase, or for projects that carry potential risks.
In this phase, plan sets are more detailed, necessitating a thorough and technical analysis.
The Deep Dive review involves a comprehensive array of checks: it includes cross-disciplinary verifications, detailed coordination reviews, assessments of the project's feasibility from a construction standpoint, and in-depth design and peer reviews. This process ensures that all aspects of the plan are well-aligned, feasible, and ready for implementation, with a focus on quality and risk management.

High Level Review
A scaled-back version of our Deep Dive Checklist. This review is common for early phase design (DD Phase).

This review is tailored for initial drawing phases, particularly the Design Development (DD) stage, or for projects assessed as low risk. It emphasizes a broad overview, concentrating on the effective coordination among various design teams. Due to the preliminary nature of the plan sets at this stage, the review is less time-consuming, focusing on general alignment rather than detailed scrutiny.

Revision Reviews
Our revision review helps to understand changes between issued designs. We summarize the changes at several different levels for easy communication with the project owner.

We’ve found there is some inherent subjectivity to the risk assigned, but the value of seeing the higher-risk items first makes it worth doing. We can work with you to align on risk categorization.
